Hi Andrew My verdict - fettuccine Reishi and Lions mane. Really nice and tasty and the fact it had vegetables (mushrooms) in it would make me buy it again as it sounds more healthy and another way to get 1 of your 5 a day. Hopefully would help reduce its GI content too for my diabetes. I had it with pesto and mushrooms but think it would have been nice with truffle oil too.

Mushroom Fettuccini and to say that I thought it was absolutely delicious. Cooked beautifully, lovely authentic, earthy yet subtle flavour. Thoroughly enjoyed it
Thanks Again
I have to admit to being gluten free, but I thought it worth sampling this and the pasta was not at all heavy, nor did I have any adverse reactions.
Thanks again.
I've just had my sample of the Mushroom Fettuccini for lunch. I absolutely loved it, particularly the beautiful texture. I'd imagined a pronounced mushroom flavour but really enjoyed subtle savoury taste. This is going to be a regular order for me
Michaela.
We really enjoyed the fettuccini, a lovely bite to it and great that it has the mushrooms within it. I will certainly look to order.

Mildly obsessed with chocolate digestive that tastes like coco pops in biscuit form! Will report back on pasta lunch today. Thank-you for the goodie box

The kadode kampot are better than crisps. But not sure id want with cheese other than cheddar. Sell them to me a pub though and I’m there. Delicious. The black pepper and oyster were more cheese orientated, not sure I can taste the mushroom, but very superior cracker. So there for that.

I don't really like to do reviews ......., but I do love your product and your ethos. I found you via Riverford and then bought from you direct a couple of times because I think your pasta is amazing. I want to have a go at making my own next, having a bit more time on my hands just now than I have for about 40 years, so I'm not stocking up on dried for the moment, but if/when I find out that my own pasta isn't great, I wouldn't think of buying dried any more from anyone other than you.
