Fresh Flour’s incredibly tasty pasta is made with only ancient, heritage and modern wheat, that we mill into flour just a few feet from where we make the pasta. The flour couldn’t be fresher!
Our spaghetti is made with only filtered Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours with April Bearded.
The result is a light coloured spaghetti with a wonderfully present, natural, fresh and creamy / buttery taste

Our Ramen Noodles are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a small amount of Kansui – the essential traditional Japanese ingredient for Ramen Noodles.
The result is a medium - dark noodle with a warm, wheaty and slightly nutty flavour.
Cook gently and with passion for 1 to 2 mins. Take off the heat when the middle of the noodle has just gone soft; rinse the starch off the noodles and plate up! Great in stir fries, or any Ramen dish.
